A company Safety Statement or Health & Safety Policy sets out the company commitment to safety and health. It should state how the employer will ensure the safety, health, and welfare of employees and others who may be affected by company activities. Ernco-Safety works with Clients to develop Statements and Policies compliant with all applicable legislation, including:

• Safety Statements developed compliant with the Safety, Health & Welfare at Work Act 2005, for Republic of Ireland clients.
• Health & Safety Policies developed compliant with the Health & Safety at Work Order (Northern Ireland) 1978, for Northern Ireland clients.
• Health & Safety Policies developed compliant with the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974, for U.K. clients.
